I went to Sephora to return some products and purchased this:
$40 for BOTH! I had used this product in the past and I was too tired to look around… So I was walking out after my purchase, but then something caught my eye:

Like I was saying yesterday about my hands sucking, my feet have been sucking even more. I haven’t had a pedicure in, GEEZ who knows how long… because who the heck looks at your toes in 15 degree weather!? And since New York winters are like 6-8 months long, I just don’t see why I should get a pedi. It’s not even about my toes being painted, but I want to have a soft heel, scrubbed clean and have my toe nails filed down so that they don’t jab each other when I shove them in my snowboots. I know, such lovely thoughts huh!
We-ll over the frickin’ freezing weekend, I passed by this cute lil shop called Greenhouse Hand and Foot Spa and decided to give it a whirl:
The sign outside said Foot Spa $25 for 20 minutes. I knew that was pretty $$$ but at the moment I was feeling like it would be worth it. The space is tiny and I could tell right away that it was Korean owned. The ladies let me in and treated me very well. There was a white haired older lady already there getting the same thing as me. When it was time for me to dip my feet in, the water seemed BOILING hot! The older white haired lady told me “I think it seems REALLY hot because it’s so cold outside!”

Seriously. Freezing right now. BRRR….. The heater is on but I’m wearing a thin long sleeve, turtleneck sweater, zipup sweater AND a puffy coat….. and I’m indoors??? Man, I miss me some Cali weather right now!

I know that there are plenty of great hand creams out there, but L’occitane is probably still my favorite. This lil tube was only about $10 at Sephora (those freaking tempting little glass boxes full of inexpensive treats!) and it’s been totally worth it. My hands SUCK right now.

When the last of your under eye concealer starts to look like this… you go “uh oh.” Especially if they don’t make it anymore!
I hate searching for new under eye concealers! There are so many points of view on this topic. Choose green to balance the red. Get orange to balance out the blue. Blah blah blah. Everyone’s faces are different and react differently to brands, so here we go again on the search for the Next Best Concealer.
Originally I wanted to go out and get a custom blended concealer, but I thought I should explore Sephora first since I could return the product if it wasn’t working for me. So I decided to give this a shot:

Now that I am a “financially responsible” wife, I am trying my hardest to “pamper” myself to the max. at min. costs. My poor feet have been neglected for so long but I’d rather spend $45 on feeding my hubby than having a professional rub/scrub my scruffy feet!
