I started working out along with my GG diet! It’s hard and not fun at all! So this is a little break from all the sweat! Enjoy!
DAY 7 and still going! I lost 3 pounds. This week, I finally figured out the best way to eat this SH^*! blech…. it’s still really hard to get down! Don’t let this picture fool you!
Has anyone else out there try the GG crackers and how do you get it down?

Appetite control = Yes. It’s so disgusting that you don’t want to put anything else in your mouth after.
Texture/Taste = It’s gritty. Dries up any saliva in your mouth that it makes it hard to swallow. It tastes like rabbit cage bedding. Literally like woodchips.
As much as I love snow, I don’t think my body can handle it anymore. I can’t even tell you how many times I have slipped off of my front steps. I’m just too young for a hip replacement!!
I’ve been complaining to Yug how I’m going to need that life alert alarm. You know? The “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” alarm?? His response was, “No you don’t! You need the titanium leash.”
Yug’s very athletic & he’s been wearing his titanium leash for about a year now. He SWEARS by it and bought me one a while ago but I put off wearing it cuz it’s all hokey pokey, right?? Well, I was wrong and I should’ve listened to my husband.
I think it was a little bit into college that I started to notice that my underarms (armpits) were turning slightly darker.
