My sweet tooth

DARN! My sweet tooth!! I used to get INTENSE chocolate cravings around “that time of the month”. But now, I seem to get it around 8PM EVERYDAY!

How do you say NO to this?!?

But now that my dress is in,  ….

I say NO!

If I were a smoker, I know I would never be able to quick cold turkey cuz quitting my 10PM TWIX/PEPSI is crazy hard.

So I slowly started weaning myself off.

Instead of TWIX, I now eat fresh fruits. And instead of soda, I now drink water or unsweetened tea. If I am feeling extra SWOOTH-y (sweet + tooth), I’ll add TRUVÍA to my tea.

I’ve never been a fan of SWEET N LOW, EQUAL, or SPLENDA. They all have this fake taste that makes me gag! So I was a bit hesitant to try TRUVIA. Truvia seems to taste the most natural or closest to real sugar without the worries. It also seems to be (mentally) working for me! Knocks my swooth cravings!
