MICHELLE PHAN’s lipstick trick (5:22 on her youtube clip) does the magic without having to go out and get another product~

1st = apply your lipliner & lipstick

2nd = blot your lipstick on tissue

3rd = apply powder over the tissue on your lips

4th= reapply your lipstick

It’s like making breaded chicken cutlets! You need the flour for the egg to stick onto. The powder helps the 2nd layer of lipstick stay on.
