CHYEA right! I can barely do 3 manly proper ones! Though I can do 15 girly modified ones, I don’t think I can EVER do 15 real ones … Y’all up for the challenge?

My initial reaction was that a) this is bull b) what da c) bah! I can never … but the more I read about it …

YES YOU CAN! and apparently a lot of brides to be have been doing this challenge.

Here’s how the program works:

- Do your initial test to see what category you fit under

- Week 1 – work out (push up) every other day. & follow the regimen for your category

- Week 2 – slowly increase the number of push ups you do. If you are unable to or still find it difficult, you might want to re-take your initial test to reassess your category group.

- Week 3, 4, 5, 6 - Don’t forget to take 90 seconds to rest in between each rep.

- FINAL TEST – You need to buy the book … LOL - I’m kidding. According to this regimen, as long as you follow the steps without cheating, you should be able to do 100 consecutive pushups.

Has anyone tried this challenge and any thoughts?

    1. I did this last year! I got up to 60-ish, then I stopped because I got too lazy. Believe it or not, I used to be able to 50 pushups (real ones, going all the way down to the floor) with no problem back in high school when I did taekwondo. Now, I think I can MAYBE do 20 but I can’t at the moment because of the tummy.
