This was my 3rd time trying out eyelash extensions. I decided to try out a different vendor to see how different people may do this procedure.  Eyelash NY = Megan who lives in the financial district of New York. She was very sweet and answered all my annoying questions!

Some differences of Eyelash NY compared to Wink Eyelash:

- they use fake hair instead of silk
- they use their own special glue instead of suture glue (created by a woman in LA)
- will last about 4 weeks as compared to 2 weeks

To be honest, I was really scared when I saw the eyelashes. It seemed REALLY dramatic. I think it had been awhile since I remembered the last time I had them… but then when I looked back, I realized they were just as crazy long!

I can understand how some people who have gotten eyelash extensions would FREAK OUT because it seems SO drastic.  But remember! It actually does look great to others.  We freak out because our paper thin eyelashes is what we’re used to. But just take a look…

It IS scary this close up, but from far away, it still looks good!

People still compliment me left and right about my lashes! Even though to me, it seems almost ridiculously long and fake looking, everyone GASPS whenever I say they’re fake! I’m amazed that people would think an Asian gal would be so lucky, but even when I close my eyes (which they make me do) they think they look NATURAL!

Remember that you’re always way more critical about your face/body than anyone else!
