JAC Beauty

If MICHELLEPHAN is doing it, I guess I’ll try it …..

Blech … Don’t do it!

I have combination skin and at the end of the day, I felt really icky.

Here are a few of my top bronzers:

- KEVYN AUCOIN in Natura. Perfect color for Asians or lighter complexion.

- BOBBI BROWN in Illuminating Bronzing Powder

I first noticed the BOBBI BROWN illuminating bronzer last year while watching Bonnie’s review. The video is in Korean so see below for a rough translation:
- a pink bronzer. Great for contouring and blush. Duo compact.
- Brush over the highest points on your face to look sun kissed.
- To create the “V” line, brush along your jawline.
- You can also contour the hallows along the collar bone to create a defined look.

- ESTEE LAUDER in Rosewood. A matte color that complements tanned skin tones.

And there is the infamous NARS collection.

What is your favorite bronzer and how do you fake the summer glow?

I wouldn’t use hot chocolate mix because of the sugar and dry milk. Use pure baking cocoa for pigment and a tiny amount of cornstarch for shine control. Using cocoa as a pigment for the face is actually not new and some women like it because it has antioxidant properties.

Interesting! Cornstarch to control shine! That’s brilliant. Thanks for the info~
