the winner is Prescriptives! Having come from a bad experience with Fresh, I caved in and bought Fresh’s Supernova Mascara.  The Sephora rep said it was the “best mascara ever.” Why o why do I listen to Sephora people?!?!

I thought it was really chunky and my lashes kept clumping together, even after using the eyelash comb!

I think the quality of a mascara brush really matters a LOT.  For some reason, the Fresh mascara brush was just really clumpy. I heard you’re not supposed to “pump” the brush because it makes air come into the mascara. (I still do it at least ONCE, hehe)

I love that the Prescriptives’ brush is more separated and thin, which makes the application easier than the clumpy Fresh brush.
