The hubs’ first gig was last week, so I wanted to do something fun with my hair! Doing my own hair is a bit difficult because I never know what the very back of my head looks like, so I figure I’d do the “messy, hairy, avante garde” style. I started out with just regular pigtails:

I scrunched the bottom so that the hair would have a "hairy" texture

I had braided the top of the hair to give a more textured look

Started to pin down the hair...

I call this the "lobster tail" =)

And ta-da! I guess you can’t really tell what my hair looks like from here, but this was the final front look:
