Hello~
I know, I shouldn’t be here, haha… but just wanna share my story~
I got married last Dec. At that time I thought my dress was the best one on the earth; clean + simple ivory Dutch satin, wrapped mermaid shape.
But after a year, I found out this picture
http://classifieds.weddingbee.com/topic/amazing-pnina-tornai-lace-wedding-dress-3000-obo
OMG, how beautiful it is!
I am not a big fan of race & beading, but this is perfect, don’t need anything!
And my favorite hair style is.. braid both side and make bun with a jeweled white flower and birdcage veil like her.
http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=35508597
Make up should be romantic pinky + golden shade for younger looking.. kk
a. I’m a bride-to-be, getting married March 26, 2010 in Ontario, Canada! I’m not sure whether that makes me a winter or a spring bride… I’d like to think spring though
b. My dress is gorgeous, I love it. Classic with a little vintage. It’s called Poppy (how fun is that!?)
http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?keywordText=poppy&keywordType=any&page=0&pageSize=15&style=A3245

http://unpredictablebride.blogspot.com/2009/11/ready-to-commit.html
3- I plan on wearing my hair half up/ down for my fiance. I want something that makes a statement for sure. My dress is white and I really think this piece would accent it wonderfully and with the french veil..it would be so wonderful!!

I’d love to win the Cathedral Veil in white to go with my gown’s long train to create a dramatic look. I’d wear my hair in a soft updo.
Thank you for this awesome contest!
Wow, this is SO awesome
Thank you for this contest. I absolutely love her headpieces. I am a bride-to-be. I’m engaged but we’re not planning yet.
a. My wedding will either be in the Winter season or early Summer like around June.
b. My wedding dress is the mermaid style from WToo. http://www.watters.com/product.php?coll=wtoobrides&style=12251+&submit.x=19&submit.y=11
3. I’m wearing my super long hair down. Not sure on the exact style yet (tied low to the side to rest on my shoulder or just curled …?) But I know that it will be low enough to rock this: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=31739540 It matches my dress! I’d wear it with a veil.
I hope I win!
I am a bride-to-be
a. We’re planning on getting married in the Fall of 2010. Most likely in September or October!
b. I’m really in love with this Amsale dress and hoping to be able to wear it! http://www.amsale.com/bridal/amsalecollection/090718/melia.shtml
c. The piece I would wear is One of a Kind Bridal Headpiece with my hair in curls and swept up in a loose up-do. http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=35866611
Thank you for this opportunity!!!
- If you are far from being engaged or single
a. I would love being married in early summer, late spring when the weather is still cool but sunny with a fresh spring breeze. Most likely in late May, or early June.
b. I’m more of a lacey ruffles kind of a girlie girl. I absolutely ADORE these two dresses because they are so beautiful !! http://www.davidsbridal.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplayView?storeId=10052&catalogId=10051&categoryId=-49995498¤tIdx=27&subCategory=-49999486%7c-49995498&catentryId=6097095&sort=
and http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=A3365
With these dresses, to balance out the elaborate detailing and ruffles, i’d have a curly, intricate updo with a few loose curly strands to frame my face with simple diamond earrings to not draw attention away from the dress.
c. I would love to have this piece http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=31739540 because it is such a elegant and sophisticated headband that would be perfect to dress up an outfit for ANY occasion, especially the holiday one! I’m going to a Christmas party in a few weeks and i need something to doll up my simple outfit and this would be perfect!
Thank you~~
These headpieces are absolutely exquisite! I’m a bride to be (can’t wait!) and I’ve been looking everywhere for the perfect birdcage veil, I absolutely love the one posted!
a. I’m getting married this coming summer, on July 17th.
b. My dress is a preview dress and doesn’t actually have a website picture – if you like – I can send you a picture of me wearing the dress if you provide me with an email! (Please still consider me! I adore those headpieces!) It’s a summery dress in ivory, with a low back and a scoop neck front. Made of satin with embroidered cream and silver flower designs. The train in the back is wide, and flows perfectly to the floor – just sweeping behind me like a dream!
c. I would love to wear either the garden rose head piece with birdcage veil or the french veil (in ivory). I would wear it with a wavy hairstyle that was pulled back into a low twist.
Once again – beautiful pieces, just phenomenal. As a bride on a budget, this is a great opportunity and such a great give-away! Thanks!
Naomi
a) Our wedding will be in late spring.. June 26th 2010.
b)My dress is strapless, ivory, empire waist, lace bodice, gathered at my left hip, with a cathedral train.
http://www.stellasbridal.com/bridal.php?designerId=10&itemId=59
c) I would definately love the first one, the birdcage veil with flower pieces. I have been looking for this style for quite sometime, but to no avail.
I will be having my hair in a half updo, with curls falling on my shoulders.
a. let us know what season your wedding will be
Our wedding date is going to be dec 30, 2010 in ohio so it will be a real winter wedding
b. what kind of wedding dress you you will be wearing on your special day (must include a web link of your wedding dress)
David’s Bridal Style: 9V9665. A-line side drape strapless gown with beaded lace detail on bodice and skirt. Features a slimming lace up back & beautiful split back skirt with beaded lace detail. Features a chapel train. It’s in Ivory and the beading on the side and back is in silver and light shades of gold. I just love it
http://www.davidsbridal.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplayView?storeId=10052&catalogId=10051&categoryId=-49995489¤tIdx=5&subCategory=-49999486%7c-49998998%7c-49995489&catentryId=6097098&sort=
c. which piece would you like and how would you wear it with your envisioned hairstyle (for ex: peony flower piece with a classic bridal updo)
I have two favorite pieces. My first is the Bridal rhinestone headband. and the second is the Peony headpiece.
Doing my hair is hard, I have very very thin hair and it is also super curly. So I have two hair styles I’m considering. One is an updo and it will be in a sort of bun type thing on the bottom side. and i would wear the head band with that and have a few curls hanging down around my face and such. and the other is down with big flowy curls which I would wear the peony piece with.
HI!! This would be incredible. I would love the Birdcage veil with flower fascinator.
a. Our wedding date is May 8, 2010. We chose spring, early May specifically, because our chapel will be surrounded with blooming magnolia trees.
b. my gown is a vintage (1930’s) inspired Badgley Mischka. (the link below is the only online link I could find). I was inspired my movies such as Gosford Park and Atonement.
c. My hair is chin length now, and I don’t plan to grow it at all. I will either flat iron it, so that my stacked bob is really sleek, or I will put in a finger wave. It depends on the humidity the day of. The gown dips very low in the back, and having the birdcage would complete the era of style as well as complement the dress. It is perfect!!
oops, forgot the weblink.

SORRY to write so much!!! I didn’t realize the giveaway was open to all the items on the etsy sight. If it’s not too much trouble, I would adore the Josephine hair comb. Both the birdcage and the comb are stunning, but I think the comb would fit my dress to a T.
