- J’s weekly weight chart – Week 1
Like every other women in the whole wide world, I wish there was a one stop quick fix way to get the rockin’ body.
UGH! Some women just have it all … dun they!
Update:
Week 5 – Minus 5 pounds
I lost 1 pound a week. This weight that’s come off might also be because I’m a woolly mammoth and I sweat bullets in the summer. (Implying that I lost 5 pounds of water weight xP)
It’s been really slow and painful because I threw out my back during week 3 and it had me immobilized for a few days. So what did I do?? I VEGGED out on the couch with season 4 of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER and a bag of sweets!
Also, because I threw out my back I wore THIS for a week.
The brace limited me from eating as much as I normally would and helped sculpt my body into that shape and then I thought … HEY! Is it really THAT easy to mold fat into place? Coincidentally, I stumbled upon THIS Korean website that was titled, “Korean celebrity toning secret”
The Secret:
- put warm water into an empty water bottle
- roll it up & down your body (like you’re kneading dough)
