Ever get a make over and come out feeling like this?

Dior - Makeup campaign

Dior - Makeup campaign

The first time an artist contoured my round face :) … I felt like she drew all over me with the intentions of sending me to the circus :(

After watching many youtube clips, researching different artists here are a few tips I picked up to look more like this:

tip 1: use about 1 or 2 foundation shades darker than your skin tone

tip 2: use a matte highlighting color to contrast

Is it necessary to “CONTOUR” every time you put makeup on?
- Honestly, I don’t apply contours on myself every time I put makeup on. But I highly recommend doing so if you know you will be photographed and especially for bridal makeup. Makes such a difference in the finished look.
