Here’s a very subtle but fantastic little trick those who like to wear eyeliner. I typically use the Bobby Brown gel eyeliner with a brush. If you put a layer of eyeliner under your eyelash line, where the fleshy part of your skin is, it will help define your eyes a bit better.
It may look a little scary in the video because you have to lift your eyelid a bit to help draw the line. We always do this to brides— I think it really helps to give your eye a little extra pop for pictures!
